Product Delivery-Shipping Costs
Product deliveries that are ordered from our e-shop are handled from our collaborating courier company “Hellenic Post Courier-ELTA”. Our company passes on the given accurate figures from our customers/users, allowing them to execute the order. Our products are all shipped in the appropriate protected package in order to avoid even the slightest damage possibly made.
– All orders are charged with 3.00€ (fee delivery costs).
– For orders over 100€ the delivery costs are FREE.
– For cash on delivery (COD), the customer will also cover the delivery fee of 2.50€
– 22€ shipping fee surcharge for delivery regardless of order value.
In the Balkans – Mediterranean:
– 24€ shipping fee surcharge for delivery regardless of order value.
– 35€ shipping fee surcharge for delivery regardless of order value.
In the U.S. , Canada, Africa, Asia:
– 57€ shipping fee surcharge for delivery regardless of order value.
In Oceania (Australia , New Zealand):
– 72€ shipping fee surcharge for delivery regardless of order value.
Note 1: All orders must be paid off before being delivered.
Note 2: The website reserves the right to change the shipping fee surcharge, if courier cooperatives have altered their pricing policy.
The delivery is made only to the customer/buyer in person. The delivery takes 2-6 working days and depends on the order checkout, product availability, delivery location and the confirmation of the customer’s data.
For shipping to Cyprus, the delivery takes up to 3 working days and depends on the order checkout, product availability, delivery location and the confirmation of the customer’s data.For all shipping to the rest of Europe and Worldwide, the delivery takes up to 7 working days depending on the country of dispatch, the mileage (starting point is Thessaloniki Greece), the order checkout, availability of products, the location of delivery and the confirmation of customer’s data.
The order may be delayed for the following reasons:
Α. Late product shipment from our supplier. Our company will contact you to find a solution.
Β. The product has been discontinued or is in shortage and is not available. Our company will contact you to find an alternative.
C. In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, and in any event of force majeure may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In this case, our company will contact you immediately to provide you all the alternative options.
D. If it is not possible to contact you by telephone and/or through e-mail (in case of a problem with your order, either in connection with the product or in relation to the payment thereof) for example, the information you have entered is not properly updated or invalid.
E. In the event and full responsibility of collaborating courier ” ELTA Courier”, which for unclear reasons have delayed the execution of your order. Our company will communicate with the affiliated courier company and then find a solution with the customer.
Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products purchased easily and quickly on the following terms:A refund request must be made within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the products of the given order.
The precondition is to first contact e-shop «Beauty La Fée» at [email protected] or by calling 2310 903388, to receive a return code.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed (under the circumstances).
The customer will pay the return costs.
After we receive the product and confirm that it is in first condition, we will refund product/s value to your bank account.
If upon delivery of your order you find that the package is altered in any way (shaken, wet or broken), please do not accept the receipt from the courier so that it returned to us. We will contact you to immediately to provide a solution.
